Limo4NJ.com cannot guarantee availability or reservations for a client who makes a reservation less than 12 hours before their flight or on the same day. To confirm availability, we suggest clients contact us via text or phone. We will not be responsible for any damages incurred by the customers due to the failure of Limo4NJ.com to provide any transportation service by the contract. In such situations, the damages incurred by the customer will be limited to the amount of the ticket purchased from us.
Limo4NJ.com will not accept responsibility for any personal items left behind by clients, either in or out of the vehicle. If you forget anything in the vehicle, please contact us immediately so we can locate it for you. The client takes full responsibility for any damage inflicted to the vehicle by the vehicle or any member of their party, whether willfully or unintentionally, during their travel.
Cancellations accepted. Please contact our phone number via call or text for any cancellations. You can also contact us via email.
However, a cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card should the trip not be canceled within the allotted period. To avoid cancellation charges, clients must notify our customer service representative at least 3 hours before the time of pickup. For pickups from nearby locations, it is suggested that you inform us at least 6 hours in advance.
We cannot be held responsible for delayed, canceled, or diverted passenger flights, trains, or any other incident resulting in your inability to follow the cancellation policy. If you fail in your obligation to inform us about any delays or cancellations, or if we cannot make any contact with your registered contact person even after waiting for 15 mins before the pickup time scheduled, the trip will be considered a no-show and canceled. You must be present at the time of pickup or notify us of any changes to your reservation, and this could result in a no-show fee equal to the full fare plus any additional costs.
CREDIT CARD POLICY
Clients must provide their card information before the trip to pre-approval credit card purchases. This protects against fraud and not the immediate payment to pay for the journey. Suppose you are making a reservation using a credit or debit card. In that case, a prepayment of 150% of the fare quoted is placed on the card to cover the estimated amount, including fees for the trip, tolls, parking, gratuity, extra stops, and additional cost for off-hours as well as time. The remaining amount is released after the total fare for the service rendered by New Jersey Limo Service has been calculated.
The luxury sedans and the sedans of Limo4NJ.com have space for up to 4 adults and three standard-sized bags. Our SUV can accommodate six persons with six standard-sized packs. The customer accepts this vehicle’s capacity at the time of reservation and must ensure that it doesn’t exceed. Limo4NJ.com reserves the right to end the trip without refund if there is a breach by the client of the specified limit.

All personal information recorded with us is used only for billing and reservation purposes, and the data is never sold, traded, or given to any third party.
